Each of our cottages are a 15 minutes drive from Sault Ste. Marie on spring-fed inland lakes in scenic Algoma County. Out fitted like homes, you can easily "settle in" to make memories enjoying your favorite lakeside activities, or multitude of area activities and adventures. The Famous Algoma Tour Train, World Class Stokely Creek X-Country Ski Resort, Searchmont Down-hill Ski Resort, Backwoods and Groomed Snowmobile Trails, Lake Superior Parks/Beaches/Hiking, fishing opportunities at the cottage lake or on surrounding lakes and streams, Canoeing/Kayaking are all available to you!! The Birches Cottage Featuring 2 bedrooms, livingroom with stone fireplace, diningroom with adjoining "coffee porch", full bath, laundry facilities, Sat Tv, and cosy linens. Birches, evergreen trees and rock gardens provide privacy, while you "play" at the waterfront 15ft in front of the cottage. Outside finds "The Bunkie" accommodating 2 persons with added privacy. The Birches" cottage rental , less than 5 minutes away provides complimentary waterfront accommodations Ideal for family reunions and larger groups! The Prince Chalet A 15 minutes drive West of Sault Ste. Marie, find this 1,100 square foot 2 story Cedar-sided Chalet on Prince Lake. Up the spiral staircase finds 2 larger bedrooms. The master with it's balcony overlooking the lake has 1 queen and 1 single, the 2nd bedroom room has 2 singles. The kitchen is large, featuring pine cupboards , with pine tongue and groove accents throughout the open concept livingroom /dining room and bedrooms. Woodstove (forced-air electric furnace also) and pull-out couch in the living area allows for the extra company you may have. Full bathroom and also complete laundryroom. A 12 foot by 30ft deck overlooks the beach. Swimming is good here, with a sandy beach area, and dock. a separate building houses the wood -fired Sauna! The grounds, particially treed( tire-swing too!) are sloping. With pull out couch, in the livingroom, this cottage comfortably sleeps 2-6. It is "outfitted" completely. Sat tv, phone, cosy linens, and all the kitchen gadgets, microwave, coffiemaker etc Watercraft rentals will be available here also. Many Hiking/ 4- wheeling trails are closeby!
